Are Peanut's Bake Shop cookie mixes made in an allergen free facility?

Our cookie mixes are currently made in a dedicated gluten free facility that processes sesame, soy, tree nuts (coconut), and milk, however, we test our cookie mixes for these allergens through Food Safety Net Services to ensure your safety.

Can I Make The Cookies Without Oil?

Yes! For the Chocolate Chunk Cookie Kit, use 1/4 cup of applesauce in place of the oil. For the Midnight Chocolate Chunk Cookie Kit, use 1/4 cup of mixed nut butter or almond butter (the runnier the better) in place of the oil. And then add a total of 6 Tbsp. of water. For the Cinnamon Oatmeal Cookie Kit, use one very ripe mashed banana in place of the oil. In each case, stir very well to combine. 

If I Do Use Oil, What’s The Best Type To Use?

I recommend canola oil (organic, if possible, to avoid GMO’s) or any other neutral flavored oil. You are welcome 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year here at the official Audrey Dunham Webstore! Once you submit your order, your credit card is authorized but not charged until the point of shipping. You will see the charge on your next bank statement.  Your satisfaction is our goal. To keep the signature flavors at their peak, we provide a “best by” date on the product and recommend storing the cookie mix in a cool, dry place before baking. If the weather forecast calls for temperatures in the 80’s or higher this upcoming week, we strongly recommend adding freezer packs to your order. We also recommend choosing Priority (2-3 days in transit) or Next Day (usually 1 day in transit) to ensure your cookie kits arrive in good condition when they arrive. 

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the product, simply return the mix back to Peanut’s Bake Shop with a copy of your packing slip, along with the packaging within 5 business of receiving the order, and we will be happy to replace or exchange the item or give you a full refund. Taxes

We are required to charge sales tax on orders shipped within certain states, including, but not limited to, California.

Cancellation

If your order has not been processed, we will be more than happy to cancel your order or part of your order. Simply email storehelp@audreydunham.com Customer Service with your request. If your order has been processed, please wait until you receive the order and then follow our Exchanges and Returns policy. Thank you.

Email Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation by email that will provide a summary of your order, including the items purchased, billing, payment, and shipping information. Please check your SPAM folder if you do not see the confirmation in your Inbox. Upon shipping, you will receive another email confirming the shipment along with tracking information.

SHIPPING INFORMATION AND OPTIONS – U.S.

Typically, merchandise will ship within 2 business days of receipt via the shipping method of your choice. Please be advised that we are not responsible for non-receipt of orders once they have been shipped, including, but not limited to, failure by any third-party delivery company to deliver an order, or, by your failure to properly submit an accurate and complete shipping address during the signup and/or check out procedure. Thank you for understanding.

Orders ship from Chatsworth, CA. Our current order processing time is approximately 1-3 business days for in-stock merchandise. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday and exclude U.S. holidays.

April through October: Orders placed Thursday and Friday will ship out the following Monday.

Orders with ship-to addresses within the U.S. will be shipped via UPS or USPS* dependent on options available at the time of your order.

* Orders going to PO Boxes, Military, and APOs must be shipped with USPS.
* Orders with ship-to addresses to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may incur additional time in transit.

Our shipping rates are calculated based on total weight and dimensions of the item(s) ordered and the zip/postal code of where the order is being shipped to.

NOTE: Oversized items may be subject to additional shipping/ fees.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer’s defects or damaged items, including, but not limited to, any shipping and handling costs to return the merchandise item(s) to us.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

If you signed up for an account at checkout (not guest checkout), you can track your order. Simply click “My Account” and sign in to see your order history and track the status of any orders. Tracking is real-time and will show information provided by the carrier. If you feel there is an unusual delay, please feel free to contact customer service for further assistance.
